01Ordering

You order by messaging us on WhatsApp. We start once you’ve sent your details and paid the full price.

You get a preview of your invitation within 24 hours of us having everything we need.

02Price and payment

Each design costs Rs. 4,999, paid once, in full, by bank transfer from any local bank or any mobile wallet such as JazzCash or Easypaisa. Extras, such as more events or a custom design, are priced in the chat before we start, and only added once you agree.

03Refunds

Each invitation is set up for you as soon as you’ve paid, so we can’t give refunds. Before you book, open the design’s live demo and ask us anything on WhatsApp.

04Changes and checking

We send you a preview link to check before you share your invitation. Changes to your details are unlimited, before and after you send it out.

Please check names, dates, times and venues carefully. We can’t be responsible for mistakes in details you approved.

05Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the names, words and photos you send us. We use them only for your invitation, and we’ll only show your invitation as an example on our website or Instagram if you say yes.

06Our designs

Each design, with its artwork, animation and code, belongs to Aqd Invites. You may use your invitation for your own wedding. You may not copy, resell or reuse the design.

07How long it stays live

Your invitation stays online until 3 months after your last event. If you’d like it kept longer, ask us before then.

08If something goes wrong

If your invitation stops working, tell us and we’ll fix it as quickly as we can. We can’t be responsible for problems caused by a guest’s phone or internet, or by outages at WhatsApp or Google. Our responsibility is never more than what you paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
